【綜合報導】台灣人到底吞下多少飼料噁油？我國駐越南代表處昨證實，賣噁油給頂新的越南大幸福油脂公司，在過去三年半，共賣四千八百萬公斤噁油到台灣，這 些問題油可能都已被消費者吞下肚，等於台灣兩千三百萬人，每人吃下約兩公斤噁油。中國附醫毒物科主任洪東榮表示：「飼料油可能存在致癌物與重金屬鉛，以及 威脅人體肝腎功能的黃麴毒素，會增加罹癌風險與造成肝腎功能受損。」

彰化基督教醫院毒物科主任蔡宗憲也說，劣油含重金屬與氧化物，重金屬囤積輕者造成頭痛、性功能障礙，嚴重造成神經病變，急性腎衰竭；而氧化物過多，會使大腦、肝臟、腎臟功能退化。而且劣油內飽和脂肪酸量超標，也會讓心血管、糖尿病患者無法代謝，加重病情。

檢方透露，今年初頂新製油前董事長魏應充派左右手陳茂嘉到越南查廠，陳走訪大幸福在越南的十餘處收購劣油點，還拍下髒污集油廠照片，返國做成報告，同時把油品送味全檢驗分析中心化驗，確認「不適合食用」，但報告送到頂新月會後，擔任主席的魏應充仍裁示向大幸福購油。
檢方指出，魏應充辯稱只看過參訪報告，沒看過查廠報告，還強調原料由公司的採購部門把關，他不過問。魏的律師羅豐胤指出，外界所稱噁油照片，是頂新為了去越南投資油廠，先派人去參訪拍的照片，「檢方跟我們的解讀不太一樣」。
檢方清查頂新資料又發現，該公司涉偽造二○一○年至二○一四年的報關及檢驗報告，將飼料油改成食用油報關，檢方將提訊魏應充等人，釐清有無指示員工偽造文書。
「政府幹啥吃的」
財政部昨回應，手邊沒有大幸福進口油品確切數量，海關及衛福部正配合經濟部駐越人員，比對大幸福進口台灣的油品資料。內定接任衛福部長的蔣丙煌說，是否真有十多家業者向大幸福進口飼料油，將盡速釐清。
民進黨立委陳其邁上周也爆料，大幸福飼料油平均每個月進口台灣三百個貨櫃，食藥署只查到頂新進口二百三十四萬五千公斤，其餘流向何方？他痛批食藥署太可 惡，「要給台灣人民吃多少黑心油？」民眾張榮洲大罵：「什麼！還有十多家使用飼料油沒曝光，這個政府是幹什麼吃的。」每天下廚的翁太太痛批：「都是王八蛋 政府害的！從去年銅葉綠素至今超過一年，行政怠惰與官商勾結，現在連飼料油都拿來餵我們，真是受夠了！」
