中日和約在1972年就被聯合國決議無效了,上網查就知道了,如果有效的話,中共老早就可以武力犯台佔領台灣了...因為在1971年聯合國就決議中共政府繼承中華民國政府的權力,中日和約無效,讓中華民國政府對台灣無權力,反而使得中共政府無法武力犯台灣本島
因為台灣在前面舊金山和約時就被日本放棄了,日本就沒有台灣的權力,之後自然無法在中日和約中把台灣給中華民國政府低
由於日本放棄台灣是寫在與美國簽的舊金山和約(日本有跟各個戰勝國各自簽約,舊金山和約只是其中之一而已)按照國際法無歸屬的領土由戰勝國保護管理直到成立在地民政府獨立為止
既然台灣這領土是寫在跟美國的簽約,因此美國按照國際法是台灣的管理保護國,對台灣本島動武就是對美宣戰,因此中國才都不敢打台灣本島,所以在1979年就跟中華民國政府簽台美關係法,由中華民國政府代替美國保護台灣,因此只要常看新聞就會發現,台灣的國際問題,美國都會出面講,甚至近幾年一直在美國國會上提案是否要讓台灣獨立或自治的新聞

就象指紋一樣，每個人都有特定的腦電波特征，首先在百米內用接收器對準人的頭部，采集該人腦電波特征，存入電腦後，由譯碼軟件根據腦電波特征進行解碼，從腦電波信號中分離出視覺聽覺語言情感等各種神經活動信號，以圖像文字方式顯示在電腦屏幕上，記錄在電腦中。反過來可將所需寫入大腦的信息，由電腦根據腦電波特征碼進行編碼後，將信息直接寫入大腦，被寫入者會覺得那就象是自己的直覺一樣，從而從控制腦電波入手控制人的大腦。可控制的大腦活動幾乎囊括了神經系統活動的方方面面：從視覺聽覺觸覺 味覺 嗅覺，到語言 情緒 潛意識夢境甚至愛情反應，都可以輕易被遠距離讀取和無線遙控。目前這一切已不需要向大腦內植入電腦芯片就能辦到。
3.電子腦控技術的應用現狀
電子腦控技術70年代開始出現，到目前已相當成熟，這種技術的極端特殊性使之始終處於神秘狀態，各國都把它列為國家最高機密，以至於直到現在還不為外人所知。但在無所不用其極的國家安全領域早已得到了比較廣泛的應用。
至於各國政府都緊守電子腦控技術秘密的原因很多，他們目前借口這種技術公開會被濫用引起社會混亂，（而實際上到時人們可以通過配帶一個小巧的腦電波幹擾器，來保護自己的隱私），真正的原因是各國政治實權勢力，害怕這一技術公開後開創一個對政治實權人物實行測謊的透明政治時代，那對他們來說無異於未日來臨!

2008年07月美國首次承認存在代號為“美杜莎”的電子腦控武器，原理是利用高頻信號直接作用到人體大腦，可令人產生恐懼感、出現幻聽等。
與這些已經公開的極少應用相比，對群體進行電子精神控制的實際情況要嚴重得多，國家間在這一隱形戰場的交鋒已經異常激烈，而大眾對這一技術長期的一無所知、毫無設防，使技術擁有者在反人類的道路上已經走得太遠了。
②.用於對個體的大腦控制
與對群體的腦控相比，對個體的腦控可以進行得更為深入細致，應用它進行一對一的腦控時有能力象操縱機器人一樣，在不知不覺中遙控一個人的思維活動、言行舉止，而目前大眾對它的了解幾乎為零，有必要引起我們每個人的警惕。
對個體的電子腦控原來是用在間諜機關不露痕跡地暗算對方國家的政治 經濟軍事科技領域重要人物，打擊削弱別國實力上的。最近幾年出現大量針對平民的控制行動，則旨在控制他國國民、在對方國家制造社會混亂，向對方國家行政當局施壓等等。
