中日和約在1972年就被聯合國決議無效了,上網查就知道了,如果有效的話,中共老早就可以武力犯台佔領台灣了...因為在1971年聯合國就決議中共政府繼承中華民國政府的權力,中日和約無效,讓中華民國政府對台灣無權力,反而使得中共政府無法武力犯台灣本島
因為台灣在前面舊金山和約時就被日本放棄了,日本就沒有台灣的權力,之後自然無法在中日和約中把台灣給中華民國政府低
由於日本放棄台灣是寫在與美國簽的舊金山和約(日本有跟各個戰勝國各自簽約,舊金山和約只是其中之一而已)按照國際法無歸屬的領土由戰勝國保護管理直到成立在地民政府獨立為止
既然台灣這領土是寫在跟美國的簽約,因此美國按照國際法是台灣的管理保護國,對台灣本島動武就是對美宣戰,因此中國才都不敢打台灣本島,所以在1979年就跟中華民國政府簽台美關係法,由中華民國政府代替美國保護台灣,因此只要常看新聞就會發現,台灣的國際問題,美國都會出面講,甚至近幾年一直在美國國會上提案是否要讓台灣獨立或自治的新聞
只要多看藍綠雙方的說詞與各國際新聞就會發現,綠營說的正確性比較大,當然綠營有些說詞也是不正確低

2008年07月美國首次承認存在代號為“美杜莎”的電子腦控武器，原理是利用高頻信號直接作用到人體大腦，可令人產生恐懼感、出現幻聽等。

PS:1 更何況我是告訴人身分,又不是犯罪人身分!他違憲法第八條(人身自由罪)羈押我!從98年開始吃我案件 4 年多,我當然可(公佈於民眾)(湮滅證據)吃我案那麼久,當然引起我戴眼鏡祕錄器!錄起檢察官湮滅證據多年吃我案件事實，

羈押12小時後,我姊有來台中地檢署接我回家,並我有錄影存做證!女兒也有在FB上傳求救網友!我的律師顧問不敢來!怕得罪私法人他回我:(會沒生意做)!

今天臺灣民眾對威權與獨裁復闢（也可以講是白色恐怖再現）的流亡政權統治的反抗本身的強度並沒有昇高。
在臺灣政治、社會、經濟等層面至今呈現大幅倒退，凸顯出來的就是人民權力與權利被嚴重限縮，大多數臺灣人因為收入下降不是生活無望就是陷入困頓。因為號稱民主的流亡政權及其殖民體制首先違反自身體制內的程序正義，直接引起該政權的憲政危機。但馬英九代表的流亡政權非但沒有絲毫反省與檢討來順從程序正義與社會訴求，反而採取全然不回應社會訴求進而鎮壓民眾不得不為此發動的和平抗爭。
本來馬英九代表的流亡政權完全應該為自己造成憲政危機道歉並順應民意來化解危機，如退回服貿與停建核四並採取全面措施來斷絕中國中共政權併吞臺灣的步驟與規畫。
