                  廖東慶專欄/中華民國敢上國際法庭嗎？
                                              (慶祝中華民國「亡國」102年系列79)
中華民國政府對菲律賓處理，台灣漁民被射殺事件的方式及態度，非常不滿，馬英九甚至只敢對菲律賓揚言要訴諸國際媒體，在5月17日2013年，中華民國外交部，召開一次國際記者會，公佈被開槍射擊漁船的照片及所有一切的證據，並向國外媒體記者控訴菲律賓海巡人員濫殺無辜，並違反聯合國海洋法公約，還指出菲律賓政府必需負起全部的責任，難道馬英九就只能做到這種地步嗎？中華民國能不能把菲律賓政府告上國際法庭呢？就像在2012年下半年，菲律賓政府向國際法庭控訴，中國霸佔菲律賓的黃頁島的案例一樣呢？答案是中華民國沒有資格向國際法庭對菲律賓提出任何的控訴！
         因為中華民國政府本身就不是一個主權獨立的國家，它是一個流亡政府，最關鍵的一點就是中華民國從未擁有台灣島的主權，相對的菲律賓和中國都是屬於主權獨立的國家，而且國際法庭是要以聯合國組織會員國為準，舉一個非常簡單的例子，從1971年代表中華民國的國民黨被迫退出聯合國之後，就己經變成符合一個流亡政府的條件，只要中華民國的名號出現在任何的國際組織及民間活動的話，都會遭受到來自中國的打壓及抗議，中華民國流亡政府為什麼不敢向國際法庭對中國提出控訴呢？因為流亡政府是沒有任何資格及權力，向國際法庭要求向另一個主權獨立的國家提出指控！請各位別忘了，中國是有權力這樣做的，因為它代表了在聯合國永久的5個理事國之一的中華民國的席位！
         馬英九也知道中華民國根本就沒有任何資格向國際法庭去指控菲律賓政府，他最多也只能做到訴諸國際媒體而己，然後私底下再向美國白宮打小報告及告告洋狀，大家都知道馬英九是完全的傾共及親共，內心更是支持一個中國的政策，但是菲律賓也同樣的對馬英九政府提出一個中國的言論出來，馬英九卻「婊」現出勃然大怒的「婊」情出來，這是故意要演給美國白宮看的，馬英九也太高估了自己，而且嚴重低估了美國白宮，美國根本就不在意馬英九說什麼，而是在看他的所作所為！今天美國完全是在旁冷眼旁觀，看看馬英九還有什麼新絕招沒有。
        美國才是擁有台灣島主權的國家，並不是中華民國流亡政府，也更不是中華人民共和國，是美國一時的婦人之仁，在1949年收留了中華民國流亡政府，相對的卻害死了台灣人民，中華民國就是中國國民黨，而中國國民黨就是中華民國，它本來就不是屬於台灣人民的一部份，相反的，就是因為台灣島有中國國民黨或中華民國的存在，才是造成台灣人民苦難浩劫的源頭，台灣人民不欠中華民國任何東西，但是請別忘了，中華民國流亡政府的雙手卻沾滿了台灣人民的血腥，台灣人民要團結起來向國際人權組織投訴，控告中國國民黨迫害台灣人民67年來的惡劣罪行，同時也要向美國參眾兩院的國會議員投訴，並要求確實執行「美國白宮版」的台灣關係法，來保護台灣人民的自由及人權，如果美國做不到這一點的話，在不久的將來，台灣人民只有被迫群起抗暴，本來中華民國流亡政府，根本就沒有資格在台灣島，來管轄台灣人民，這是完全非法的，而且也是一個犯罪的行為。(0040)

犯罪詐欺我本金，偽造房貸契約書合約裡的日期及利息是事實，
