馬政府對外宣稱有按照WTO規範,但卻沒按照規定通知WTO,WTO也公開表示沒收到通知,而服貿有些規定超過WTO規定(民進黨服貿修正版有指出超過的條款)

馬與新加坡跟紐西蘭簽約時有WTO監督,與中國則沒有WTO監督,為何不找WTO來監督與中國簽約?且簽約後才公告 ,也不說是誰去簽的

美國的TPP就是專門為了要圍堵中國,因此日本根本就不跟中國談服貿,避免跟美國談TPP條件弱勢起來,因為服貿很容易讓中國開啟美國TPP市場的後門,美國總統與國會都很支持台灣加入TPP,這些在國際媒體都有報導,但馬就是不回應,還在國內騙說得先服貿才能TPP

補充說明:行政命令無立法修法的必要,才可以時效到了直接通過,有立法修法的必要時(服貿內容與現行法規有牴觸且牽涉廣有立法監督必要),得先立法院另外立法修法合乎行政命令內容時才能通過,之前張強行通過的是委員會,之後才會移交到立法院會上審議,而張違反委員會程序,目前判定無效,且委員會已決議服貿退回重新談判

服貿是國際約(屬總統行政命令權)並不是一般的國內法,國際約在立法院上只能審不能改,只有通過與不通過這兩樣選擇(想通過就得先立法修法合乎服貿內容),因此可以退回,並不是政府說不能退,如果要改得要總統派人去跟對方國家協商改,因此總統與在野黨得先協商好,不然會引發嚴重抗爭(馬根本就不鳥在野黨0..0),因此國際約如何修改的重點是總統並不是立法院,立法院只能通過與不通過而已,偏偏現在國民黨都想要推給王金平



因此有習慣看國際媒體的人,就會發現馬在很多議題上,國外與國內的說法根本就不一樣!根本就是說謊成性的人,政治家最重要之一就是不能說謊,就是9.2%要支持說謊的人



99%的國家都是先簽貨貿而不是服貿,因為貨貿對國家的經濟成面上更為重要且無人員定居問題,為何馬不先簽?

看服貿大綱中國開放項目多台灣開放項目少,但實際中國可以用限制很多(一半的限制都是跟中國本身的行政有關,而不是跟服貿有關,但服貿擴大了可以讓中國更加控制住台灣的資金產業與市場),而台灣則讓中商幾乎很自由,在細條內實際上是開放一大堆的行業給中國人創立與買,佔了台灣八成產業,且細條裡面很多是開放敏感行業(有些敏感的行業不得超過50%或12%,但大公司的50%或10%就很多了...辜家才佔中信8%而已),這就是大部分人在罵的地方,這大綱看起來中國讓利,但實際上細條內容根本就是台灣吃虧且敏感行業容易被控制,專門就是要騙不去了解的人0..0

所以就是要立法修法來監督咩,支持目前服貿的人難道沒有維護國家的觀念?難道立法限制一年來台定居人數(畢竟目前開放是範圍大技術性低的產業跟以往不同)與一些敏感的行業不開放買下如電信網路媒體醫療工程(媒體目前沒開放,不過最好先立法限制起來)...等等這樣至少無法光明正大買下,不至於太高調無視於人

中國行政上訂一大堆限制,台灣也可以,自從2008年就提案相關監督法案,但到現在被國民黨擋掉了108次,可見國民黨根本就沒打算監督與有空間幫台商與台灣爭取更多福利咩,且中國為了將來美國的TPP急著跟台灣簽服貿,按照情勢來談判,台灣應該可以跟中國簽中國吃虧的不平等協議才對,為何在馬跟國民黨的領導下反而簽下台灣吃虧的不平等協議?

經濟部公布第二次兩岸服貿協議評估報告，創造GDP效益僅0.025％,10年後台灣的GDP最多只增加1.34億美元，相當於統一超商一周的營收,因為服貿主要只是讓中國人買下台灣本來的產業與市場而已

中國行政不承認中華民國工商登記,台商皆得使用中共政府的工商登記,服貿簽了以後就算要進口到台灣,台灣也徵不到台商的工商稅與進口稅(因為馬政府稅不二徵,且有中共政府工商登記進口會便宜許多,進口商都會使用中共政府的工商登記),與在中國賺的錢很難匯回台灣,所以才會對台灣GDP本身的增加不大...

但多了中資的刺激,對台灣總是有幫助,這就是為何要創立兩岸監督法案與發回重新談判,至少中國如何限制台灣,台灣也要如何限制中國,以爭取談判空間與稅收(稅制不改會很難收到台商的稅與進口稅),不然台灣人有必要為10年GDP增加1.34億美元來傷害國家利益嗎?

民進黨有提案服貿修正版感覺嚴格許多且尤其對敏感行業限制很嚴,也對台商與台灣爭取更多福利,不過洗衣美髮美容這種行業對國家安全無關,定那麼嚴格,就看這些行業與一般人民和中國藍營買不買單了,這時就看藍綠中協商了

台灣人民可以向美國連署公開馬的美國國籍何時放棄,甚至根本沒放棄,到時可能可以宣布馬當選總統無效@@

台灣關係法:
